Don Matejko

Visionary leader blending enterprise technology with social impact.

Don Matejko is the Chief Executive Officer of AltruNova, where he leads the company's strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational execution.

Prior to becoming CEO, Don served as Co-Chairman of AltruNova, helping shape the organization's long-term strategy and leadership direction. His transition into the CEO role reflects a continued commitment to scaling innovation, strengthening organizational performance, and driving sustainable growth.

Don brings decades of executive leadership experience across enterprise technology, SaaS, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with industry-leading organizations including Oracle, SAP, Adobe, and various Private Equity and Venture Capital startups, where he led global "Go to Market" organizations defining growth strategies, and customer-focused transformation initiatives.

He is known for building high-performing teams, leading through transformation, M&A, seed round acceleration, and aligning strategy with measurable business outcomes.

As CEO, Don is focused on positioning AltruNova for its next phase of expansion while building a culture centered on innovation, accountability, and long-term impact.

Co-Chairman & Chief Legal Counsel

Scott Boatman

Legal and capital strategist with over $1B in deals across private equity, professional sports, and high-stakes negotiation.

Scott Boatman serves as the AltruNova Co-Chairman and Chief Legal Counsel. Scott also serves as Co-Founder and General Counsel of ProNet Capital, a private equity firm with over $1 billion in past investments and current assets under management.

In addition, he leads Boatman Law Group, a boutique practice representing professional athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs, and private equity assets in which he holds an ownership interest. Scott previously served as General Counsel for Dutt Sports Services, Inc., where he negotiated over $1 billion in NBA player contracts. Earlier in his legal career, he practiced law in Indianapolis and Denver.

Scott holds a BA with high distinction from Indiana University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a First Team Academic All-Big Ten student-athlete (football). He also holds a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington, IN).
